Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for coordination and evaluation of quality of patient care, service productivity; professional development and has to work closely with staff to:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines for standardization of clinical care
- Monitor clinical and process indicators
- Conduct regular rounds/ spot checks at all primary care facilities
- Monitor compliance through clinical audits and medical record reviews
- Handle clinical complaints and incidents
Knowledge requirements:
- National and international clinical care and quality standards
- Patient flows through primary, secondary and tertiary facilities
- Hands on for compliance audits
