Job Description

  1. Patients registration and their follow up visits will be confirmed by sequence of token numbers
  2. Patients refer in welfare department
  3. Patients refer for vitals.
  4. Share complete information with patients during registration process.
  5. Refer emergency patients in Emergency Department
  6. Ensure appointment and follow up of patients as per written instructions of consultants / Specialists /RMO
  7. Maintain stationary and general items record.
  8. Ensure availability of clinical items as per standard in all clinics.
  9. Proper information sharing with all patients.
  10. Clinic postponed information immediately share with patients and communicate them new dates timings
  11. Any additional task assign by line manager/ supervisor.
