Job Description

The Program Coordinator, Monitoring and Evaluation, will be responsible for the effective implementation of the CEC wide M&E plan across Pakistan. He/She will also be responsible for collating findings and relaying them to relevant stakeholders to assess quality of care and support capacity building initiatives to improve services and contribute to the CEC’s activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation 

- Learn and apply psychometric techniques to develop the most appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools for data collection

- Modify, and implement monitoring and evaluation framework (LFA) for CEC programs, specifically for Community Outreach activities

- Compile and analyse data using Excel or other relevant data tools (such as SPSS or STATA)

- Maintain integrity and completeness of data collected

- Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders

- Data analysis and review for grants, articles, and research proposals

- Produce evaluation reports of impact and field visits to be reviewed by management


Quality Assurance 

- Conduct planned and unplanned site visits for Quality Assurance

- Develop SOP for monitoring visits

- Revise models which will guide an integrated CEC framework for M&E activities

- Maintain database for field personnel to evaluate progress and target completion

- Prepare and train field members (Field Supervisors, Program Leads) regarding M&E toolkits

- Assist Training/Learning and Community Outreach departments in module preparation, tool development, and field evaluation plans

- Participate in weekly operational meeting with core team to provide progress reports on M&E indicators


 - Other activities pertaining to overall scope of the CEC as and when required
