JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the key set of interventions assigned as per the Global Fund Grant agreement and the Zero TB City initiative.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Oversee the implementation of all key components of the Zero TB interventions in Karachi
2. Liaise with all departments of GHD and TIH-IHN
3. Liaise with public and private hospital leadership, NTP, PTP, donors and all other stakeholders.
4. Attend quarterly meetings with PTP, NTP and other partners
5. Ensure human resource, financial and procurement policies are implemented based on donor guidelines
6. Make evidence-based decisions to achieve grant targets by supporting data analysis
7. Report weekly updates to Project Director, Resident Advisor and Technical Team Leads
8. Prepare quarterly updates for the donor
9. Ensure the quality and integrity of team members and field work through training and monitoring
10. Conduct routine site visits to cover all intervention sites each quarter
11. Provide support to research initiatives stemming out of the work done under Zero TB Karachi.
12. Provide support to efforts for identifying complementary research and service grants for Zero TB Karachi
