Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor work done by clinical, lab, field and social support team. Overall responsibility of all components of the program following NTP and WHO guidelines for TB Control
• Point person to liaise with the NTP and PTP over email or phone
• Attend all meeting in Islamabad with NTP and strategic and decision making meetings with PTP for DOTS & DRTB (not quarterly data reporting meeting)
• Weekly meeting with each component of the TB control program (Lab, clinical, field, social support and program)
• Responsible for monitoring the finances of the TB program
• Field monitoring visits to partner treatment centers
• Quarterly meetings with partner sites (Hyderabad, Kotri, SGH-NK)
• Reporting monthly to management committee the updates from the TB Program (Presentations)
• Manage supply of drugs and lab equipment in coordination with the respective component of the TB control program
• Provide support to research initiatives stemming out of the work done in TB control
