Job Description

I.             General Job Objective

The M&E officer will work with and under the direction of the Manager M&E & IT. The person will be responsible for providing technical assistance to monitoring and timely inputs to ensure that the project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner.

II.            Key Job Responsibilities

1.            Assist regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations

2.            Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way

3.            Analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data for coordinator and manager’s discussions with the team.

4.            Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report as per the requirement of the program

5.            Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the Manager M&E and IT

6.            Support management in developing the monthly organizational reports.
