Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Hematology Testing & Reporting
Perform hematological analysis of blood, body fluids, CSF, and special tests; ensure result accuracy, repeat/reject samples as per SOPs, store abnormal samples, issue reports, and communicate critical results to consultants. - Quality Control & Equipment
Calibrate and operate analyzers, run daily QC and EQA with LJ chart review and interpretation, perform routine maintenance, maintain logs, and coordinate with biomedical/suppliers for troubleshooting. - Inventory, Audit & Documentation
Monitor inventory consumption, maintain stock and indents, manage QC/audit data, support audit preparation, and ensure proper documentation and sample storage.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc./MLT/ BS/MS in Biological Sciences
- 03 - 05 years of clinical lab technologist experience in Healthcare Industry
- Shift: Rotational Duty (Morning/Evening/Night)
- Location: Karachi
