Job Description
The food analyst will analyze and evaluates daily food production, processes, and practices to ensure quality, safety and nutritional values in accordance with the consumption. Also assess the cost of individual meal by following prescribed cost methodology in coordination with Finance.
- Assist in hospital food services operations, including coordination, cooking and execution of daily activities.
- Monitor & ensure food production standards and procedures are followed for the preparation of food for patients and staff.
- Ensure the preparation of meals that meet the specific dietary requirements medical needs of the patients, in collaboration with nutritional guidelines.
