Job Description
Chapatti Maker duties are like preparing dough, making naan, chapatti, puri, and parathas and ensuring they are soft fluffy and well cooked.
- Receive flour from stores and prepare high quality dough using appropriate ingredients like flour and water as per the requirement, examine the quality of flour, reject if found substandard.
- Shaping and cooking various types of flatbreads.
- ensuring the cooked rotis are soft and fluffy and meet quality standards.
