Job Description
Responsible for diagnosing and treating surgical patients, and providing post-operative care. They lead and supervise junior medical staff, manage emergency cases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, the SMO ensures proper documentation and plays a role in teaching and training medical staff.
