Job Description
- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
- Continuously track system parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and energy consumption.
- Identify system alarms, faults, or irregularities and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor HVAC operations through BMS to maintain appropriate environmental conditions across hospital
departments.
- Ensure temperature and humidity levels meet hospital standards, particularly in critical areas such as
operating rooms, and laboratories.
ICU,
- Identify technical faults in building systems and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting BMS-related issues and ensure system stability.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities for BMS-controlled systems.
- Ensure proper system calibration and updates to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor energy consumption through BMS and support implementation of energy conservation initiatives.
- Identify areas where energy usage can be optimized without affecting operational performance.
- Maintain operational logs of BMS activities, alarms, and system performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance, energy usage, and maintenance issues.
- Ensure team members follow proper system monitoring and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with facility safety standards and operational procedures.
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
