Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Deputy Manager to drive impactful communication campaigns, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and enhance the organization's visibility.


Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex organizational data into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly communication materials, including annual reports and impact publications. 
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of outreach initiatives, from ideation and strategy to stakeholder coordination and seamless implementation. 
  • Own the communication strategy for Indus Yaqeen, the youth volunteer program of Indus Hospital, including website content, social media, emailers, scripts, campaign messaging, and other communication collateral. 
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies and campaigns particularly for outreach initiatives across digital, social media, PR, and on-ground platforms, aligned with organizational objectives and brand positioning. 
  • Create and manage content for videos, publications, websites, social media, and other corporate communication materials. 
  • Identify, develop, and document compelling patient stories that demonstrate the impact of donor contributions, while maintaining and regularly updating the organization's patient story bank. 
  • Coordinate video productions, including concept development, scripting, and liaison with internal teams and external production partners. 
  • Lead the communications planning and execution for conferences, outreach events, volunteer engagement initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and other organizational activities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication projects. 
  • Develop communication briefs, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines to ensure consistency across outreach initiatives and all brand touchpoints. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, using insights to optimize communication strategies and improve future initiatives. 
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines, editorial standards, and organizational values.
Qualification & Experience
  • Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or corporate communications.
