Job Description
Responsible for performing electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs) as prescribed by physicians and ensuring accurate recording of patients’ cardiac activity. The technician is responsible for preparing patients, operating and maintaining ECG equipment, ensuring proper electrode placement, maintaining patient privacy and safety, and promptly reporting any abnormal findings or technical issues to the relevant nursing or medical staff.
