Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Manage
daily laboratory operations ensuring compliance with CAP standards, regulatory
requirements, quality control, method validation, SOP adherence, laboratory
safety, and effective oversight of pre-analytical, analytical, and
post-analytical processes.

Recruit,
supervise, and train technical and administrative staff, ensuring competency
assessments, ongoing training, and compliance.

Support
the Laboratory Manager in costing, budgeting, procurement of equipment and
supplies, vendor coordination, and implementation of new testing methodologies
in accordance with CAP documentation and validation requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 08-10
years experience working within a CAP accredited Clinical Laboratory in a similar role.
