Job Description

The Patient Bed Management Specialist is responsible for optimizing hospital capacity by managing patient flow, tracking real-time bed availability, and coordinating patient placements. This role acts as the central link between emergency services, nursing units, physicians, and environmental services to ensure patients receive appropriate care in the right unit without delay.
