Job Description

• Assist in procurement of general items from appropriate sources. 
• Assist in the preparation and maintain records of comparative statements, work orders and food item purchases. Survey markets for rates and quotations from suppliers.
• Assist in the negotiation with suppliers and vendors with regards to price, warranty and after sales service.
• Arrange emergency items and follow up on pending purchase orders. 
• Coordinate with Information Technology regarding changes in rates and updates in system.
• Arrange gas cylinders and solve related problems. 
• Manage requirements for the Maintenance and Biomedical Department. Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
