Eligibility Criteria:
- FCPS qualified in Urology.
- Minimum 04–05 years of post-FCPS experience in a recognized tertiary healthcare setup.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to high-quality clinical services, academic activities, and the supervision and training of postgraduate trainees.
