Experience

Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete procurement cycle for food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and consumables, ensuring timely delivery as per approved specifications and quantities.
Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms, and prepare comparative statements for approval.
Plan and manage procurement for corporate events, conferences, workshops, and institutional functions, including catering, venue arrangements, décor, audio-visual, branding, and printing, within approved budgets and timelines.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations after events and maintain a database of reliable event and catering suppliers.
Support annual contracts, rate agreements, and service agreements, while monitoring market prices to achieve savings without compromising quality.
Track supplier performance on quality, timelines, and compliance; resolve shortages, delayed deliveries, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies, including urgent requirements, with proper approvals.
Work closely with Food Services, Nutrition, Administration, Finance, and event organizers to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls, maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, and drive digitalization and efficiency improvements.
- Use ERP and reporting tools to monitor PR-to-PO and PO-to-GRN cycle times and improve procurement efficiency.
Skills Required- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
