Experience
Minimum 08 years of relevant experience with Masters including 03 years in managerial role, preferably in healthcare. "OR" minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Bachelors including 04 years in managerial role, preferably in healthcare.
Education
MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related discipline. A Master's degree in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management / TQM, Epidemiology, or similar relevant discipline will be preferred.
Job Description
The Regional Manager, Quality & Monitoring Directorate outlines a role responsible for overseeing and enhance the quality of services in all clinical and non-clinical areas across the healthcare facilities at IHHN, North Region. To collaborate with various departments, including medical, operational, and administrative, to implement quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement to enhance overall patient experience. The Regional Manager will also ensure the delivery of high quality and cost-effective service aligned with Indus Hospital & Health Network vision, mission and values and in accordance with the governance structure.
