About the Role
IHHN seeks a motivated Coordinator for rabies training, education, and research activities. You will plan and deliver capacity-building programmes for healthcare workers and communities, support research initiatives, and help strengthen rabies prevention and management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate rabies trainings, workshops, webinars, and seminars, including logistics, registration, and certification.
- Maintain training records and assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and support the development and updating of training materials and SOPs.
- Coordinate awareness and community outreach activities, IEC materials, and events such as World Rabies Day.
- Support rabies-related research: study planning, literature reviews, data collection and analysis, protocols, and reports or manuscripts.
- Liaise with IHHN hospitals, government bodies, academic institutions, and partner organizations.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing notes; monitor plans and timelines; coordinate travel and procurement requests.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
