Job Description
The Junior Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing hardware support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues. This role is more confined to provide hardware support that includes troubleshooting of hardware devices, fault detection, computer service, printer, LEDs, scanner, cameras, projector, laptop and other relevant devices.
