Job Description
The Night Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating hospital operations during night shift to ensure uninterrupted service delivery, patient safety, and operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments, managing staffing and resource-related issues, addressing operational emergencies, facilitating timely resolution of patient and staff concerns, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position serves as the primary administrative focal person during the night shift and ensures effective communication, escalation, and handover of critical matters to the relevant leadership.
