Job Description

  1. Driving experience of different type of vehicles preferably car, jeep or van.
  2. Responsible for timely repair and maintenance of official v vehicles.
  3. Ensure vehicle is neat and clean, internally and externally.
  4. Responsible for record keeping (log book) maintenance, fueling and other controls of vehicle.
  5. To generate vehicle assessment report and submit to supervisor.
  6. Ensure timely availability of vehicle when duty assigned.
  7. Inform supervisor for repair and maintenance work in timely manner if required.
  8. Coordinate with staff when duty is assigned.
  9. Available in case of any emergency within short notice.
  10. Willingness to work after duty hours or on holidays as and when required.
  11. Assist staff in loading and unloading of official material.
  12. Check traffic updates before starting the journey.
  13. Ensure compliance of safety and security policy.
  14. Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
