Job Description

  • Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
  • Maintain personnel files of all employees in a prescribed format and keeping record project wise;
  • Structure and maintain staff timesheets 
  • Support the supervisor in planning and organizing quick recruitment activities to ensure timelines for the emergency response;
  • Preparation monthly payroll along with relevant coordination with departments involved;
  • Issuance of management letters to the employees/staff;
  • Preparation of periodic HR reports & attendance reports along with preparation of monthly Payroll;
  • Manage/receive/respond to staff queries and cases of compliance/disciplinary action;
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.
