Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
- Maintain personnel files of all employees in a prescribed format and keeping record project wise;
- Structure and maintain staff timesheets
- Support the supervisor in planning and organizing quick recruitment activities to ensure timelines for the emergency response;
- Preparation monthly payroll along with relevant coordination with departments involved;
- Issuance of management letters to the employees/staff;
- Preparation of periodic HR reports & attendance reports along with preparation of monthly Payroll;
- Manage/receive/respond to staff queries and cases of compliance/disciplinary action;
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.
