Experience

1. 5-7 years of management experience of handling multiple grants/programs/campaign; interacting effectively with key stakeholders including communities, donors and various government agencies. 2. Skills and experience in project/program implementation, monitoring, review and evaluation. 3. Good understanding of finance, administration, logistics and human resource systems. 4. Solid experience in proposal development, budget preparation, grants management, budget holding and donor reporting. 5.

Education

Masters in Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies or equivalent. MBBS & MPH Preferred

Job Description

  • Represent the Indus Health Network (IHHN) for GF Malaria Campaign with relevant stakeholders to manage smooth implementation & cordial relations with them.
  • Assist management in identification of needs and opportunities for program expansion and facilitate the designing and development in line with the IHHN priority areas.
  • Facilitate the strategic planning process in line with IHHN guidelines for the campaign.
  • Supervise administration, logistics, HR and finance related activities to ensure compliance with IHHN and donor’s policies.
  • Ensure achievements of the overall campaign objectives as per the respective grant agreements.
  • Ensure implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation procedures to promote transparency, accountability and measureable impact of all activities.
  • Manage timely submission of verified reports as per reporting schedules.
  • Provide technical support if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the IHHN Policies & Procedures Manual in all processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Performance Appraisal System.
  • Ensure compliance with the IHHN Safety and Security protocols.
