Job Description

  • Manage Housekeeping operations
  • Ensure proper utilization of cleaning materials.
  • Record and maintain attendance of all staff.
  • Arrange Housekeeping staff on an immediate basis when needed.
  • Deliver activities report of the assigned shift to the Team Lead.
  • Allocate appropriately tasks to all staff of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Ensure timely requisitioning of materials required for Housekeeping.
  • Ensure linen supply is properly maintained.
  • Prepare monthly roster and schedule for Housekeeping staff.
  • Recommend staff for appointment, hiring and promotion.
Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Lead / Supervisor / Head of Department.
