Job Description

Office Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment. This includes managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.

Financial Support: Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, expenses, and budget tracking. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports as required.

Database Management: Maintain and update organizational databases, including employee information, vendor details, and other relevant records.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. This involves coordinating logistics, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation as needed.

Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure a well-functioning and safe working environment.

Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments or provide necessary information when required.

Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in implementing new policies and guidelines as required.

Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and files for various administrative tasks, and prepare reports as requested by management.
