Job Description

REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulating and implementing health and safety protocols as per the requirement of the licensing bodies namely SHCC, PHC.
  • To conduct health and safety audits in the scope of clinical operations – CHD
  • To prepare Quality Audit reports, propose action plan, coordinate with the relevant stake holders for quality improvement and define monitoring mechanism for ongoing compliance against the standards.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training sessions of respective staff, in lieu of standardization of processes across the health care facilities. This may include liaison with respective services, departments and leads.
  • Manage projects involving Quality health and Patient Safety
  •  
  • Provide assistance in developing strategies to ensure maintenance and sustainability of the hospital-wide compliance to the goals and objectives of the licensing bodies.
  • Manage patient complaints, incident handling and risk management.
  • Assist in implementation of solutions to eliminate recurring failures and improve system performance.
  • Conduct patient feedback/satisfaction survey to analyze trends and take actions for service improvements
  • Assist manager in formulating policies and SOPs and liaise with QIPS for controlling of documents
  • In liaison with the Manager, strive for improving productivity at work bringing collaborative benefits to the department’s working and overall service’s outcome.
  • Any other task as assigned by the line Manager.
