Experience
2-3 Year Experienced in data management and data analysis /Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. /Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support the operations team.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from various databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize BI tools like Tableau and Power BI to create interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide insights to assist with strategic planning and decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate data processes and improve data quality.
- Develop and prepare regular reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to communicate the organization’s progress and achievements.
- Gather data from various departments and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure reports meet regulatory requirements and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for stakeholders, including board members, donors, and regulatory agencies.
