MBBS (MPH Preferred) / Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Management Sciences. Foreign Qualification/Certification will be added advantage Demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge in malaria.

Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Develop & submit the PR annual work plan in line with the overall proposal.
  • Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities as per the approved work-plan.
  • Review and approve SRs & SID’s annual work plan and coordinate and respond timely.
  • Oversee the activities of SRs and SIDs based on the plan and ensure their timely and effective execution as per grant and donor requirements.
  • Provide appropriate feedback on activities as undertaken by SRs and SIDs.
  • Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
  • Ensure capacity development of SRs and SIDs on need basis.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments of the provincial and district government for effective and efficient implementation of program activities.
  • Liaise with the National Program at provincial and district level and local NGOs/CBOs for conducting activities.
  • Ensure coverage of key activities of SRs and SIDs through electronic and print media.
  • Keep updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
  • Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
  • Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
  • Coordinate and ensure the development of malaria research studies as per the approved work plan.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all program activities.
  • Help in developing reports for further submission to donor.
  • Critically review and analyze the ongoing activities and on the basis of lessons learned and experience sharing, plan and design activities for inclusion in work plan of subsequent year/grant cycle.
  • Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
