The Psychologist will look after two areas as;
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, implement Indus HR policies and procedures, conduct investigations into workplace issues, and provide guidance to both employees and management on matters related to employment law and company policies.
Employee Wellbeing: Position will develop and implement employee wellbeing strategies with a focus on mental health, as well as provides assistance to Indus for programs and initiatives to promote the overall physical, emotional wellbeing. Other focus areas of this position are employee engagement, coaching, EAP and culture.
