Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing payroll reports.
  • Collecting daily, weekly and monthly employee timesheets.
  • Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
  • Processing holiday sick and maternity pay.
  • Calculate and ensure timely payment of statutory contributions such as SESSI, EOBI and tax withholdings.
  • Act as point of contact for takaful-related queries and issues.
  • Attendance compilation.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance, ensuring accuracy in daily records
  • Handle leave applications, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage employee final settlements, ensuring timely and proper processing for departing employees.
  • Administer Takaful benefits, handle claims, and ensure accurate billing with service providers
  • Respond to employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll matters, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
