Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing payroll reports.
- Collecting daily, weekly and monthly employee timesheets.
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
- Processing holiday sick and maternity pay.
- Calculate and ensure timely payment of statutory contributions such as SESSI, EOBI and tax withholdings.
- Act as point of contact for takaful-related queries and issues.
- Attendance compilation.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, ensuring accuracy in daily records
- Handle leave applications, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assisting with payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage employee final settlements, ensuring timely and proper processing for departing employees.
- Administer Takaful benefits, handle claims, and ensure accurate billing with service providers
- Respond to employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll matters, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
