Job Description
- Collect, clean and organize data from about Feedback, Near Miss, Incidents, Sentinel events, KPIs and any other assigned data from QMD departments as well as other departments as and when applicable.
- To ensure accuracy of data, collaborating with Assistant Manager
- To secure this data, with additional safe copy to retrieve if and when needed
- maintain and update databases, ensuing data is secure.
- assist QMD management in developing systems and strategies to ensure efficient data collection and processing.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that provide insight into functions of the hospital.
- Use statistical methods and software tools (e.g., SQL, SPSS, EXCEL, etc) to perform data analysis.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards to present data findings to stakeholders at all levels, vertically and if needed horizontally.
- Assist QMD management in developing systems and strategies to ensure efficient data collection.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends based on data.
- Should be ready to take any additional task, related to Data Management, presentation, Analysis, Forecasting aspects listed above
- Should have ability to manage data at HMIS systems, as and when deemed appropriate by Higher management.
