Job Description
- To manage Telehealth Equipment.
- To Design and implement the IT infrastructure of the new office.
- To install and configure computer systems for standard applications.
- To make sure that all standard software are updated with the latest patches.
- Backing up data for all staff.
- Provide IT helpdesk support.
- To keep computer systems free from viruses and updated.
- Preventive maintenance of computers.
- Provide support and facilitate staff in creating documents and presentations.
- Maintain necessary ICT-related files and records.
- Provide technical support in managing Workshops and meetings
- Maintain Inventory IT inventory
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
