Job Description

  • To manage Telehealth Equipment.
  • To Design and implement the IT infrastructure of the new office.
  • To install and configure computer systems for standard applications.
  • To make sure that all standard software are updated with the latest patches.
  • Backing up data for all staff.
  • Provide IT helpdesk support.
  • To keep computer systems free from viruses and updated.
  • Preventive maintenance of computers.
  • Provide support and facilitate staff in creating documents and presentations.
  • Maintain necessary ICT-related files and records.
  • Provide technical support in managing Workshops and meetings
  • Maintain Inventory IT inventory
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
