TASKS C ACCOUNTABILITIES:·
Assign and supervise
tasks of supervisors / officers and staff of the Housekeeping / laundry
Department.
·
Assigns workers, their
duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of
cleanliness, sanitation & hygiene.
·
Makes recommendations
to improve service and ensure more elicit operation and visit campus facility
on daily basis and maintain visitation data.
·
Responsible to
investigate HK / porter / laundry complaints regarding housekeeping service and
equipment, takes corrective action and maintained records.
·
Ensure the smooth
functioning of laundry d linen section, delivery - distribution of elean linen
is timely completed including collection of soiled linen and records are
maintained in accordance with established SOP's.
Ensure that laundry - linen staff adhered to linen sorting, cleaning, washing
safety and records are kept on daily basis.
·
Obtains list of areas
/ facility cleaning from nursing de others units and immediately deploy staff
as per list and prepare work assignments.
·
Evaluate, analyze
results to choose the best solution and solve problems / issues to share outcome
with immediate supervisor or guidance
·
Responsible to
providing information to immediate supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates in
written form, e-mail, or in person.
·
Coordinates work
activities among all clinical / non-clinical departments.
·
Examines equipment. HK
facility (including waste dump arca) to determine need for repairs or cleaning
or replacement of equipment / tools, and makes recommendations to management,
(all non-capital equipment)
·
Conduct staff meetings
to discuss company policies and patrons complaints and maintain records
·
Issues supplies and
equipment to workers and maintain records and ensure the sale use
·
Establishes standards
and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.
·
Liaise with the
hospital infection control team / departmental management regarding the upkeep
of the cleaning system of the hospital
·
Participate in the meeting
with the Head of Department: maintain records and recommendations
·
Submit month end
departmental performance reports on 3%
·
of every month.
·
Ensure that Indus
Hospital code of conduct / confidentiality of sensitive issues is strictly
followed and code of conduct breach will result strict discipline account
·
Develop and maintain
monthly staff duty schedules and take approval from immediate HOD, and ensure
smooth execution.
