Job Description
- To be part of the Lung Health program, Community Health Directorate.
- To perform spirometry in patients suspected of having asthma or COPD (training will be provided in this).
- Perform symptom and quality-of-life questionnaires in patients.
- Provide specialized education to patients, families, and carers about asthma and COPD -
Training will be provided in this.
- Coordinate the diagnostic and review visits of patients.
- Actively participate and contribute in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support program activities including data collection and input for the Lung Health program.
Key skills: Communication skills, Ability to learn technical skills such as spirometry, Organizational skills, Interest and motivation for the job
