Job Description

• Provide assistance in developing clinical guidelines and establishing clinical protocols in liaison with clinical leads.
• Follow implementation of clinical processes and propose revision as per the identified need
• To comprehend and monitor clinical and administrative data entry across the primary healthcare facility sites; analyze trends to improve program deliverables.
• Build on analytical skills to extract relevant data to present findings, working upon them in liaison with the respected departments/services
• Assist standardization of clinical data at different facilities pertaining to diagnostics, pharmacy and referrals.
• Periodically run clinical, programmatic and facility audits.
• Organize and conduct on-site and off-site training sessions as per the needs identified and develop understanding of the relevant standard Operating Procedure and processes amongst staff at all sites.
• Carry out regular field visits to sites whenever required. 
• Ability to work effectively in teams and establish harmonious working relations at the place of work.
