Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
• Management of staff attendance and leave record;
• Assisting in the preparation monthly payroll along with relevant coordination with departments involved;
• Preparation of periodic HR reports & attendance reports;
• Registration of new employees for EOBI;
• Manage/receive/respond to staff queries related to attendance and payroll;
• Issuance of letters & certificates to separating employees;
• Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.
