Job Description

1. Review and interpret hematological tests (CBCs, coagulation profiles, bone marrow, smears).
2. Provide expert clinical advice on hematological disorders and transfusion medicine.
3. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards (e.g., CAP, ISO).
4. Supervise laboratory operations and staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Develop and update SOPs and protocols for hematology services.
6. Conduct training sessions for staff and junior doctors.
7. Participate in research and implement advancements in hematology diagnostics.
8. Collaborate with clinical teams for patient management.
