Job Description
You will be responsible to identify staff learning needs, develop and implement appropriate teaching interventions to improve nursing care and maintain clinical indicators and staff credentials.
You will be responsible to:
- develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of Nursing Services/Support Services employees.
- evaluate the effectiveness of individuals and groups learning
- monitor credentialing of staff and update online system
- ensure timely preparation and monitoring of clinical indicators
- establish a collaborative working relationship with physicians and staff
- maintain record of all clinical incidents and follow up on timely bases
- facilitate patients and families upon discharge.
You should have:
- a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school with a valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- at least three years of experience, preferably of clinical teaching and practice
- AHA, BLS and ACLS certifications
- excellent knowledge of nursing policies and processes
- excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate
willingness to work in shifts, if needed.
