Job Description

• Conduct surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions with participants as per the project’s protocols.
• Accurately record responses and observations in the required format (digital or paper-based).
• Identify and engage with participants following the study's recruitment guidelines.
• Address participants' queries and concerns about the research process in a professional manner.
• Travel to designated field locations for data collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, including obtaining informed consent from participants.
• Organize and securely store collected data in compliance with data protection policies.
• Submit completed data sets to the research team in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and report progress regularly to the supervisor.
• Highlight any challenges or issues encountered during data collection.
