Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct donor medical screening and eligibility assessments.
- Supervise blood collection procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Address donor concerns and manage adverse reactions during donation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate donor records and blood unit documentation.
- Provide guidance to staff on medical procedures and donor management.
- Submit reports on camp activities and blood collection metrics.
Work Conditions:
- Rotational-based camp duties with no fixed timing.
- Required to complete 8 working hours per day.
