Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Education

Fsc (Pre-Medical) and diploma in lady health visitor or equivalent midwifery valid registration with PNC

Job Description

· To Provide and ensure quality Health services

· Actively participate in health education activities at facility/WGFS

· To submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on due dates

· To work in close coordination with government staff

· To conduct awareness sessions on general health, Sexual Reproductive Health and Family Planning

· To maintain accurate records for supplies and medicines (in absence of dispenser)

· To manage health facility, logistics & staff in absence of WMO

· To ensure Infection prevention adopted at all level.

· Help WMO in carrying out daily activities

· Facilitate trainings & support WMO in mobile camps

· Any other Task assigned by the supervisor
