Job Description

  1. The officer is responsible for administering payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance requirements, and analyzing compensation structures and conducting salary surveys.
  2. He should be comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
  3. He need to be aware of the legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  4. He need to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and solve compensation-related issues.
