Job Description
Compensation and Benefits Specialist is highly analytical and detail-oriented position to manage our total rewards strategy. You will evaluate workforce needs, benchmark against market data, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that drive organizational success, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analysis and wage surveys to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain highly competitive.
- Program Design: Design, evaluate, and modify salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits plans comply with current labor laws, tax regulations, and governmental policies.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare compensation budgets, forecast costs, and generate regular reports on payroll and benefits expenses.
- Job Evaluation: Assist in drafting job descriptions, grading roles, and maintaining internal pay equity across departments.
