Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
- Hiring staff as per the budgeted positions on the project
- Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/over hiring.
- Coordinating staff orientation to the organization policies & procedures at the project inception stage;
- Maintain personnel files of all employees in a prescribed format and keeping record project wise;
- Structure and maintain staff timesheets and leave record, developing monthly attendance reports.
- Ensure working in accordance to staff benefits/remuneration packages.
- Support the supervisor in planning and organizing quick recruitment activities to ensure timelines for the emergency response;
- Preparation monthly payroll workings along with relevant coordination with departments involved;
- Issuance of management letters to the employees/staff in accordance to the activities of the project.
- Preparation of periodic HR reports & attendance reports.
- Registration of new employees for EOBI and generation of monthly vouchers.
- Receive staff queries of compliance/disciplinary protocols.
- Employee Exit procedure for all employees who resign.
Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.
