Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute immunology experiments (e.g., ELISA, flow cytometry, immune cell profiling).
- Lead and mentor junior staff, providing training on immunological techniques and lab protocols.
- Ensure all laboratory processes meet CAP accreditation standards, including documentation, quality control, and compliance.
- Stay updated with immunology advancements and integrate new techniques.
- Maintain lab safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to CAP audits.
Key Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of immunology and immune system biology.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with preclinical models, particularly in immunology or oncology.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines in immunological research.
