Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, screen, hire, onboard, and maintain job descriptions.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address grievances, promote engagement, manage disciplinary procedures, and resolve conflicts.

  • Performance Management & Training: Implement appraisals, support performance improvements, coordinate training, and track effectiveness.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and record-keeping.

  • HR Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain records, draft policies, and conduct audits.

  • HRMS & Reporting: Manage HRMS, generate reports, maintain documentation, and support HR analytics.
