Job Description

·         Manage Housekeeping operations

·         Ensure proper utilization of cleaning materials.

·         Record and maintain attendance of all staff.

·         Arrange Housekeeping staff on an immediate basis when needed.

·         Deliver activities report of the assigned shift to the Team Lead.

·         Allocate appropriately tasks to all staff of the Housekeeping Department.

·         Ensure timely requisitioning of materials required for Housekeeping.

·         Ensure linen supply is properly maintained.

·         Prepare monthly roster and schedule for Housekeeping staff.

·         Recommend staff for appointment, hiring and promotion.

Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Lead / Supervisor / Head of Department
