Experience
Pre-entry work experience in a hospital, a pharmaceutical company or in development-related occupation would be advantageous; AND/OR • Minimum 6 or 7 years Relevant experience through a variety of roles related to research and program implementation and running at a public health-related organization (non-profit or for-profit)

4 year undergrad plus 1 - 2 year masters = 17-18 years post intermediate/High School diploma/A’ levels

Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of key programmatic components of the hepatitis control program
- Liaise with all departments of CHD and TIH-IHN for program related activities as required
- Liaise and timely communicate with stakeholders (public and private hospital leadership, donors etc.) for transparency regarding project, and develop plans based on challenges in implementation of services
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and integrity of team members and field work through training and monitoring
- Conduct routine site visits to cover all intervention sites each quarter
- Provide input into the conceptual direction of the program, including contributions to writing appropriate grant applications
- Identify funding opportunities for research and activities
- Work with the team to synthesize work plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple sites
- Performance of other duties as assigned
