The Officer, College of Family Medicine and Public Health will be responsible for co-ordinating degree/diploma programs for College of Family Medicine and Public Health
- Cordinating and facilitating students for Public health programs in Hunar Foundation Campus
- Facilitating teaching faculty for students’ administration for daily attendance
- Co-ordinating Time-table and ensuring availability of venue for classes
- Timely informing students and faculty for any change in venue
- Informing students of any change in class timings and in case of unavailability of faculty
- Facilitating formative and summative assessments of students.
- Maintaining student attendance records
- Assisting in development of transcripts.
- Co-ordinating with admin in affiliating University for communicating admission and exam dates
- Facilitating marketing activities for the college and student admissions
- Ensuring timely fees payments and communicating with the students and finance for timely installments
- Organizing and facilitating skills sessions and field visits
- Keeping a log of all student activities, feedbacks and evaluations (student file)
- Any other related task assigned by supervisor
